Our Story

After 25 years of service in the Air Force, followed by seven years supporting government customers within large, profit-driven corporations, I came to a clear realization: the work I do for this nation is deeply personal—it’s part of who I am. Yet over time, that sense of purpose was too often overshadowed by corporate bureaucracy and the constant pressure to prioritize a company’s bottom line over the needs of the customer.

Determined to change that, I founded JAYNMIN Consultancy to put the focus back where it belongs—on the mission and the people it serves. Free from unnecessary layers and distractions, JAYNMIN is built to deliver meaningful, customer-centered solutions with integrity, agility, and purpose.

JAYNMIN was founded alongside my best friend and lifelong partner, Mindi. Since high school, we’ve been inseparable—so much so that friends often referred to us simply as “JAYNMIN.” Today, that name represents more than a shared history; it reflects the union of our experiences, our values, and our unwavering commitment to service. Together, we’ve combined decades of dedication into a single mission-driven entity focused on making a real impact.

  • Jay Fleming

    PRESIDENT & CEO

    Jay is a retired United States Air Force senior leader with more than 30 years of experience directing Department of Defense rapid capability teams and delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. His leadership is marked by strategic foresight, disciplined execution, and a hands-on approach to building high-performing teams.

    With expertise spanning large-scale operations, aerospace, systems engineering, and advanced acquisition strategy, Jay has led multi-billion-dollar programs at the highest levels of security and oversight. His depth of experience across the full acquisition lifecycle brings strategic insight and mission-aligned discipline to the continued advancement of JAYNMIN Consultancy.

    Outside of his professional work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and catching the occasional baseball game.

  • Mindi Fleming

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Mindi is the “Min” behind JAYNMIN Consultancy and serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. With 25 years of experience as an Air Force spouse and dedicated mother, she cultivated a foundation of resilience, leadership, and operational excellence long before stepping into her executive role.

    Managing a household through cross-country relocations and the dynamic demands of military life, Mindi developed a refined ability to adapt quickly, lead with steadiness, and build strong community connections. Her extensive volunteer work within local communities and schools further strengthened her skills in communication, time management, and organizational leadership. Today, she applies that same discipline and strategic oversight to guide the operational growth and long-term vision of JAYNMIN Consultancy.

    Outside of her professional responsibilities, Mindi enjoys volunteering in the Huntington Beach community, practicing yoga, spending time with her grand-puppies, and stand-up paddleboarding on Huntington Harbor.

  • Madalyn Moody

    DIRECTOR STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

    Madalyn brings over a decade of experience spanning customer service, management, and recruiting, with a specialized strength in strategic communications. She is known for her ability to cultivate clarity in complex environments, ensuring teams remain aligned, informed, and empowered at every stage of a project.

    With a focus on intentional messaging and operational cohesion, Madalyn develops thoughtful systems that enhance collaboration and strengthen internal culture. Her leadership is rooted in authenticity and relationship-building, creating environments where communication flows seamlessly and teams perform at their highest potential. Her expertise plays an integral role in supporting the continued growth and organizational excellence of JAYNMIN Consultancy.

    Outside of her professional work, Madalyn enjoys spending time with her dog, Romeo, volunteering at a therapeutic horse-riding center, and embracing the outdoors whenever possible.

    DIRECTOR, SPECIAL PROGRAMS

    For Jaymi Fleming, events are more than logistics — they are experiences. Since graduating in 2021 from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management (Meetings & Events emphasis), she has transformed her long-standing passion into a thriving professional career.

    With nearly 10 years of event industry experience, Jaymi brings together strategic business insight and meticulous production expertise to deliver impactful, full-scale events. Her leadership and operational knowledge continue to contribute to the expansion and innovation of JAYNMIN Consultancy.

    Beyond her professional life, Jaymi loves discovering new restaurants and coffee spots and spending quality time with her dog, Willie, and her loved ones.
